Prior to joining Revol One, he served as Head of Strategic Accounts at Coventry, overseeing institutional relationships and business development in the life settlements sector. He also previously led sales, marketing, and business development for a leading institutional turnkey asset management platform.

She was a key executive at Athene, where she helped lead the company through its IPO and later established its Treasury function.
